No Excuse for Mark Wilson, Great Atlantic Media, or DeWayne in SD

They just broke every rule in the book in their rabid, hateful anti-competitive pursuit.
To DeWayne in SD's shame, he's actually bragging about it.

They let the ends justify the means - and that's never right. That's why this isn't about Damon Kruezer, who likes whom or who believes what DJ and KC say. It's about the most basic tenets of online behavior...and the law. If those claiming to represent the "truth" lie, deceive and misrepresent to achieve their goal, then what claim do they have to be "truth squadders" at all?

To focus on this issue, I quote from a very well written blog concerned with more guilty pleasures, whose author understands the issues and makes an excellent point:

A company that hosts private and professional websites and offers a number of web related services to a base of community entrepreneurs and various business organizations.When any host-master accepts the responsibility of hosting your website - They also accept a certain level of expectancy by the website owner themselves that they will act in good faith and with moral fortitude in the managing of their business and also within their professional relationship itself.

Allowing Yves Mignon to publicly state that Geoff Harvard is personally responsible for Damon Kruezer's website still being online - suggesting that a personal relationship exists between the two based upon the unethical release and sharing of privileged information to others - is a disgrace and disservice to ALL web hosting companies on the web. It indicates that Mark Wilson has indeed shared private communications between multiple parties without their consent - to those people who "are out there" as Yves so dismissively likes to put it.It gives everyone who's livelihood on the web depends upon a good reputation of trust and ethical business practices a blackened eye and it soils not only Mark Wilson's reputation as an honest and reputable businessman - but it plants the seed of dishonesty in those of us who look toward these service providers for honest, ethical and fair business practices and relationships - that all are not ethical and trustworthy, so be aware - be very, very aware.

Of course if what Yves Mignon is currently claiming on Mark Wilson's website is indeed true - and now with DeWayne publicly confirming it talking about "The List" then that in itself speaks directly to the heart and very core of Mark Wilson's personal character, business ethics and business integrity..."

Mr. Conaster is the associate webmaster of new social networking site J.O.H.M. whose abrupt "spring break trip" was just announced, his replacement as day to day showrunner being the previously completely unmentioned and unknown "Travis". In a cynical attempt to pump up ratings for his fast-declining site, Conaster and now "Travis" hit upon the idea of trashing, defaming, and making false claims about Damon Kruezer -- even though I've never met these men or had any dealings with them other than as a poster on the site's forums...in which I noticed their own stated Terms of Use are routinely ignored and contravened by the heavy handed rush to only one viewpoint which they appear to be pushing in an effort to increase traffic and the all-important 15 cents a click for their advertisers.

Partners in this despicable effort have been retired gay video star Kameron Scott and Las Vegas escort/video model MJ Taylor whom I allege are being paid by Conaster/Travis to spew their venom on his increasingly discredited site. Scott's increasingly erratic behavior is a source of great concern to his friends, as many of them are telling me.

I seek information concerning Mr. Conaster's and Travis' background, education, friends, and business history for purposes of legal action I am contemplating bringing against him, Kameron Scott and MJ Taylor for illegal anti-competitive activities and for misrepresenting allegations of illegal behavior as fact.

I have made a direct personal challenge to this "Travis" to debate publicly with me in regard to his misrepresentations of the facts. All information received will be held in confidence and sources will remain confidential. Thank you.

Many of our MySpace, Facebook and Twitter friends are overjoyed and contributing their votes. We're in great company considering the other nominees.

However, there are a few jealous malcontents who have arrogantly presumed to dictate to Cybersocket whom they should nominate. They've even gone so far as to threaten withholding of ad revenue, even from sites that don't yet exist, as if these egotists have any real clout or influence.

DK: OK, let's get started then. We just saw your sizzling, spectacular performance in MUSCLE BEAR TRAP, directed by PAUL BARRESI. How was it working for the famed director?

ARPAD: Thank you! Well, it was a great experience. Paul has a great sense of humor. He's professional and fast. He knows what he wants and he really knows what he is doing.

DK: Was your jail cell sex with DAK RAMSEY as hot as it looked?

ARPAD: Oh, yes. Since we both were into each other very much, we didn't have to act.

DK: You're a pretty good actor too. How do you like movies that are story driven with acting, as compared to movies without plot, just sex?

ARPAD: I really like both, however, making story-led movies of course takes more effort.

DK: We hear your favorite TV show is SEX AND THE CITY. Why so?

DK: Do you have any plans in the future to start making your own movies?

ARPAD: I'd have to say, THEO BLAKE. We really steamed up the set together.

DK: As a chemist, perhaps the controversial issue of indiscriminately providing VIAGRA to models on video sets might be best suited to ask you about. There are only a handful of directors in the adult entertainment industry, Mr. Barresi included, who refuse to provide VIAGRA or similar drugs to their models. Do you think VIAGRA and other doctor-prescribed erectile dysfunction drugs are doled out too freely on gay video sets?

ARPAD: Hmmm, now I understand what you mean by "D.K's Third Degree". I'll keep it simple. VIAGRA is in big demand, but it's not Vitamin C, so, it truly can have undesired side effects.

DK: Thank you for that direct and honest answer. You certainly give people who don't really need the drug something to think about. And for those who do, they'd be doing themselves a favor, to get it from a doctor. Last question. Would you work for Mr. Barresi again if he called on you?

ARPAD: In a heartbeat.

Falcon star JOSH WEST talks with Damon Kruezer about PAUL BARRESI

DK: When did you first meet Paul Barresi?

JOSH WEST: I met Paul when I was asked to be in his Pacific Sun Entertainment movie MUSCLE BEAR TRAP about mid March 2008.

DK: What was your first impression of him?

JOSH WEST: I thought he was a rough character with a funny sense of humor and took his work very seriously.

DK: You have worked on several MUSTANG movies directed by Mr. Barresi, including CONTACT. Tell us about the role you played.

JOSH WEST: I was a redneck guy sitting at the bar who got into a fight with another guy and we ended up f***ing like wild dogs in the alley. The fight scene was very realistic. Paul choreographed it with great precision.

DK: What about your sex scene?

JOSH WEST: It was HOT!

DK: We hear Mr. Barresi demands a lot from his models.

JOSH WEST: He really does, and his extra effort pays off in the quality of his work. I believe he does a great job, and there are also other companies out there that do a great job too.

DK: Is he as tough as they say he is?

JOSH WEST: I think all directors want to put out an excellent product and I don't think he was any tougher than any other director I have worked with. I have enjoyed my work with all directors. Paul really knows what he is doing. Technically speaking, he seems to have a great deal of knowledge about movie making. It's probably due to his own experience in front of the camera in hardcore and in mainstream movies.

DK: Mr. Barresi always introduces characters and story in his movies. What is your opinion of story line in blue movies versus sex only?

JOSH WEST: I like the story line and think it plays a good role in introducing the character and helps the viewer identify with the actors. The viewer can actually become a part of the action.
DK: Do you like acting as well as having sex on film?

JOSH WEST: Yeah I feel it is a good challenge. The acting gets me into the character role. For example, I am not a fighter by nature, but once I got into the role I played in CONTACT, I kicked ass.

DK: You played a bad ass cop in your last MUSTANG feature for Mr. Barresi and we hear your performance was nothing short of AMAZING. Tell us about that.

JOSH WEST: Thanks!! Yeah, that was a movie I did for Paul-- it was called NIGHTWATCHMEN. It definitely put me out of my comfort zone and stretched my acting skills, but I think it was an exciting scene. Paul really is a masterful director. He puts a great deal of effort into his acting scenes as much as the sex. He takes time coaching the models who have never really acted before to really be good at it.

DK: In your opinion, what did Barresi bring to the Mustang line that it lacked in the past?

JOSH WEST: I had never seen a Mustang movie before working with Paul and so I can't really comment on it. Paul did a great job, bringing realism to the tough guy characters and making them come off as believable in every way in the movies I did with him...but I can't compare the past movies to the present because I don't have any point of reference.

DK: Barresi turns 60 this January. Do you think he should hang it up as a director?

JOSH WEST: Hell no!! Paul has great creative ideas and a whole lot of experience. He's just getting started.

Shockingly, if Falcon Production Manager Adam Q. Robinson filled prescriptions under his own name it's no wonder the HALT AUTHORITY is investigating him. The doctor who prescribed the Viagra to him is in deep trouble as well in our view.

This is very serious because now Robinson has opened the door for MUCH more trouble for Falcon. Given his felony convictions for sale of controlled substances he has given the green light to any of the hundreds of models who filmed while he was on set acting as production manager to file a civil action against Falcon Studios, with possible "pain and suffering" settlements adding up to millions.

Now TEAM KRUEZER sees how it all went down. The LA COUNTY SHERIFF's HALT AUTHORITY TASK FORCE, a division of the SPECIAL CRIMES UNIT, could not move quickly enough, so they passed it on to LAPD VICE who gained entry to the BLUE MOVIE set last week on permits violations. Robinson was their target.
Now the investigation is being conducted by LAPD NARCOTICS, which is unprecedented, with the assistance of the SAN FRANCISCO POLICE, NARCOTICS DIVISION.

UPDATE: ANGEL the proprietor and guiding light of Angelsslutgarden.com told me that the site will launch "by the end of September", that JAYDEN HOLLOWAY will be "filming consecutive scenes in October", that DAMIEN CRUZ is not likely to be filming at this time due to personal reasons, and that ... best of all, he and partner BRAD STAR have done a "cinema verite" style oral scene that is truly memorable.

Says ANGEL: "The initial video content is edited and will soon include content specifically requested by fans of a sort that will have you signing up in droves. Yes, there will be trailers."

DK: Is it going to be a pay site from the get-go?

ANGEL: The site will be a Video on Demand pay site via CC: Bill from its inception.
Fans will get to see a side of Brad and I never before seen and that includes a more personal "day in the life" aspect as well as video segments we stage and film ourselves.

DK: Will the site look as it does now, with content added?

ANGEL: No, it's been completely redesigned and will have a totally different look and feel when we launch at the end of the month.

DK: WHAT'S ONE MAJOR THING MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?

ANGEL: Something few people today know about me is that I worked for MTV from 2000-2002 on a show called Hot Zone with Ananda Lewis on camera. It didn't do a thing for my career which is why I did the gay and bi videos I did.

DK: Such as?

ANGEL: Bi Bondage Boat, House Party Gangbang, Cabana Boy 2.

DK: Catchy titles! What happened in regard to the breakup you talked about last week, that I posted about which caught Mr. Adams' attention??

ANGEL: After a small issue which will remain personal Brad Star and myself have worked through our issue and are still working together and pressing forward. The decision to split was solely mine for what I thought was the right decision to make at the time. I have since reconsidered and decided that staying put with Star was the right choice for ASG and my personal well-being. Thank you all for caring for us and we will update you all soon, but right now everything is fine in the garden!

DK: That says it all. Now let me ask you about your beginnings. Tell me about your background.

ANGEL: I grew up most of my life in the urban town of Newark in the state of New Jersey where I acquired my no nonsense attitude and temper that those who know me today notice about me.

After graduating from high school, I moved out of my parents' on my own went to college and got my first "real" job for a credit card company called MBNA. I got tired of going to school and working full time, and after I suffered an emotional and nervous meltdown which landed me in the hospital, I decided to move on from college and corporate America to my real passion in life, the military.

I was supposed to join the Marine Corps, but somewhere along the way I became a US Navy sailor instead. Well that lasted for about three and a half years, when my before mentioned "Temper and no nonsense attitude" got the best of me and I got kicked out of the military for violence.

Where does one turn when society has closed every possible door in your life? You got it people the industry. The dirtiest, cheapest, most cut throat industry I could think of getting involved in seemed like my only escape. Either that or try a music career although both industries are equally cheap in my eyes.

DK: How many videos have you done, and how did you meet BRAD STAR - on a video shoot?

ANGEL: I have been on more than 20 features so far, and I have met a lot of people along the way. Amongst those people was someone who has impacted my life like few ever have. My brother, my friend, my partner, Brad Star.

The day I met him I must admit I thought he was a bit cocky and uptight, but for some reason we clicked right away. I noticed that him and I had a lot in common. Same state, same military background etc. As time progressed we became closer, until the fateful day on New Year's eve 2007, when we had our awful falling out that ended our relationship for about 7 months.

DK: So your relationship with BRAD STAR actually was "in hiatus" if not over for most of this year?

ANGEL: Yes. I am a strong believer in fate and I believe today that fate has brought him and I together. After all that time, and after everything I went through in the meantime, including the loss of my grandmother and an abusive relationship, I saw him again for the first time in a long time. Without skipping a beat we erased the past very quickly and picked up where we left off, and we are hanging tough to this day.
I knew his situation at the time, [DK NOTE: STAR had a rocky road in his non-Angel personal life and in terms of residential living for the first half of 2007] and I knew what I had in my hands with this company, so I offered him to come on board. He took on the challenge and has since surprised me at how talented and creative he really is.

DK: What unique chemistry do you and Brad have?

ANGEL: What makes us work as a team I think is how different we really are. He is the breath of fresh air, while I am the dark mystery everyone is eager to discover. He is calm I am rowdy. He is Scorpio I am Sagittarius. I mean the list goes on and on but we compliment one another. We balance each other out and that is the key to our success today.

DK: Makes perfect sense to me. I get the impression from STAR that he's amazed at how people respond to him and want to see more of him, and I know he loves performing. With your creative vision and sense of the homoerotic and his highly intense relationship with you, it looks to me as if you two could make some very hot video segments together.

ANGEL: Absolutely! I want to make content that will surprise people and make them want more. For example the oral scene Brad and I just shot, and the photoshoot we did last week, are going to open a lot of eyes.

DK: What's next in terms of content?

ANGEL: I plan on topping BRAD with toys. A lot of people want to see that.

DK: Count me in as one of them. Brad's "straight" persona just makes any gay/bi action that much hotter. I hear there's been some calls for Bi material as well?

ANGEL: Yes. Definitely a 3 way scene with me, Brad and a chick.

DK: Something for everybody, that's a good move. What about the "cinema verite" aspect?

Just wondering why NO ONE is talking about or reviewing Angel Skye's new movie - his ONLY major name one - FLATIRON FUCKERS. Isn't it interesting how everyone has just run away from it?

Back to the case. None of the charges made or that will be made are proveable because:

1) they never happened,

2) don't apply in the jurisdiction claimed, or are defined so broadly that virtually anyone with a website making comments or criticism could be considered a "harasser" and anyone demanding debts to be repaid could be labeled an "extortionist"

3) The witnesses involved are not credible.

4) The "names" involved in this ALL have unclean hands because ALL did business/sought publicity with me and from me in the recent past.

MOST OF ALL...If my site and I don't matter, then why are CERTAIN "power players" so eager to get rid of me?

Their most appropriate response wouild simply be to ignore me and to ignore Angel Skye's complaints don't you think?

To those of you who say they are minor players, Angel Skye and Brad Star ARE minor players whose main claim to fame is my PR for them and now this.

Interesing how their much-ballyhooed movie FLATIRON FUCKERS is not mentioned or reviewed ANYWHERE isn't it?

Possibly people are seeing that if Skye owes $17,000 to my very special friend, he MIGHT owe me the $4000 I claim he does...which would make him a publicity seeking liar trying to avoid paying his debts would it not?

All of this has revealed the seamy, sordid underbelly of the gay video industry...and I'm very glad Angel is actually making this a Federal case so web publisher's rights will once and for all be enshrined in law.

These include:

- Critical comments and speculation on a website are NOT stalking or intimidation.
- Demanding payment due for a legitimate debt, or showing that a debt is owed to an associate, is NOT extortion.

Just so you all will know, I MIGHT have been prepared to forgive Angel and forget all this.

But I can't do that since he is claiming to the FBI that I contacted a relative of his - a minor- to spill the beans on him.

Now I ask you, how pathetic is that, that he has to lie and make up a story about something that never happened?

Even my enemies are horrified he would use such "evidence" to bolster his case - since without that he has NO CASE.

So what's involved here is the very basic First Amendment principle of website reporter's and blogger's rights - and the fact that some C list model like Angel Skye is NOT entitled to tell me or anyone else whether I can or should write about him, or not.

CREDIBILITY TEST: Is it a "coincidence" SKYE's "Flatiron" movie is coming out just now...a few weeks before his HUGE DEBTS come due?

How the Kevin Clarke-Dexx Jones-Mark Adams cabal of Gay Fascists has created a new Urban Myth About THE KRUEZER, attributing all the problems of the industry and the failures of their own careers to the nefarious machinations of one person...while their only claim to fame is riding on our coattails and trading on our name.

Angel: I highly recommend as your former publicist you engaged to promote your website that you seek professional medical treatment for the severe manic depression you have admitted to on your blog. That said, I am NOT tolerating falsification of evidence and your making false claims about me just to give you and your partner free publicity for your comeback movie and to distract people from the 1000's of dollars you and he proveably owe people as documented - which is what your false claim is REALLY about.

Angel you agreed to an exclusive interview, in fact you offered it in an email whose headers and IP address I will be happy to give to anyone who asks. So tell me, why would I "demand" or "blackmail" you for something you already offered in writing? Angel you are not that important and I was doing YOU the favor. Get it?

The authorities do not take people making false claims to them lightly. I am not backing down. Angel Hernandez aka ANGEL SKYE has tonight announced his desperate effort to cover up his own financial liabilities and at the same time publicize the FLATIRONS movie in which he co-stars with BRAD STAR (whose "repurposing" my reporting motivated Lucas Entertainment to do), by attacking me and pursuing alleged legal action on the basis of fabrications, lies, and a refusal to deal with inconvenient truths.

It's a display of the most shameful and desperate kind, now that the truth is out there regarding his numerous financial liabilities still owing that he so vehemently denied even existed, along with the comments about "Brad Star" we found on an unrelated 3rd party website whose posting on my site has given Star what he thinks is his "justification" to join his husband ANGEL SKYE in this ill-advised and groundless attempt to silence me and remove me from the World Wide Web.

But I promise you all that such legalistic intimidation will not still this reporter's voice nor will it dry the ink from my pen. Even if Skye is somehow successful in shutting down my site from its current webhost, several other webhosts who could care less about Skye's accusations have already offered to host my site, or one of the alternative sites owned and controlled by my associates. I can now reveal that I was engaged by Angel Skye and Brad Star to publicize them and their website in Fall and Winter 2007 with a secondary emphasis on getting them new video work. That includes the script I was commissioned to write.

My publicity and marketing campaign was wildly successful, getting them written up, discussed and pictured everywhere after they were initially met with boredom or derision ("WHOSE Slut Garden? What's a Slut Garden?" as I was asked so often during those halcyon days in Fall and Winter 2007).

But to all of you who know me, I am loyal to a fault but merciless toward those who betray me.

So it is I now publish VERBATIM TRANSCRIPTS of certain communications shared with me by an increasingly larger group of people IN and OUT of the industry I call "Former Friends and Backers of Angel and Brad" (FFAB).

To those who will inevitably say it's all made up, I really do not care. It's EXACTLY as what it is represented to be, with ANGEL SKYE and JUSTIN KURTZ of the "defense team" blog speaking in their own words.

The question remains what is Ms. Martin trying to hide, or deflect attention from, by putting up such a smokescreen concerning THE KRUEZER when it was she, not THE KRUEZER, who has allegedly confessed to running Boybatter.com on behalf of H & J, and to running Harlow's donation website as well.

Martin's unclean hands and hateful invective disqualify her from consideration or respect as a person, a blogger poster, or a website operator, much less as a material witness in a capital case.

Join with us in writing D.A. Melnick at his published mailing address listed in our private letter to urge her disqualification and removal from the witness list as a result of her unacceptable behavior and outrageous false claims we have carefully documented.

My point is, Rich is a chameleon and a shape shifter who bends over in the direction he THINKS the wind is blowing for personal gain. If he was a major star, former or current, and he could prove he is who he claims to be, he might have some clout. But Rich doesn't...he did 1 scene in 1 Kevin Clarke movie and interestingly, worked as Clarke's "personal assistant" as he himself admits in emails to me.

This means that Rich willingly bent over for the grossly repulsive Kevin Clarke in an effort to get cast in more Clarke movies, no more of which are being made due to Clarke's hamhanded style, poor direction, and incompetent videography of his very uncomfortable looking models, creeped out as many of them were by Clarke's "dirty old man" presence.

The person claiming to be Rich uses his picture as published originally on the old RAD Video site. Use of the picture does not prove that the person is indeed Rich, it only shows that he has the ability to Google a pic. Rich's use of the term "child molester" also signifies his connivance with those using the "kitchen sink" approach, and it is notable that ALL of his claims are "a priori", i.e. unsupported by any documentation, just assertions masquerading as facts.

The conference calls today, the actual precipitating event, and the recriminations, are all part of the backstory that no one else has or dares to report. All these are reasons why I've held off on reporting the departure of my friend Todd Montgomery from Falcon.

Of course many of you have noticed that I'm usually first with breaking news and the stories that make a difference, and first with connecting with new or due-for-a-makeover talent who go on to stellar success, with compensation paid to me on a sliding scale...which is a LOT more than DeWayne and his amateurish ramblings can say or claim, although I do note with interest his newfound alliance with Chinchilla Jim as the outlines of the anti-competitive conspiracy become more clear in the wake of the demise of Bud Foxx.

Those of you who saw me and interacted with me in last night's weekly webchat know somewhat more, although to be respectful of Todd Montgomery and his feelings, and those of Falcon's new management team, I will say here only that Todd tried his best, and achieved some success in a rapidly changing market, but ultimately was not able to withstand centrifugal market and creative vision dichotomies.

I cannot comment at this time regarding reports of "co ventures" or about which venture capitalists may or may not be channeling start-up money to certain individuals whose business partnership - when and if solidified - will shake and stir the industry even more than my unprecedented interview with Todd Montgomery did.

For now, I'll just say that I stand with my great and good friend Todd Montgomery, a brilliant and talented man who courageously led Falcon through the turmoil of change and into the then-undiscovered country of VOD and Flash technology.

Damon Kruezer rips Brent Corrigan a new one: Why I can't stand him

Many of you have asked me what I currently think about Brent Corrigan.

I have given this a great deal of thought. I'm not going to sugar coat what I'm about to say. Remember that I had extensive communications with Corrigan and his Svengali, the late Bryan Kocis, so if you think I'm trying to be objective or fair, think again. For once, I grant this is totally biased and based solely on my personal interactions with Corrigan on the phone and in 2 cities through the prism of Cobra Video.

Here I go. DeWayne first sought attention by being Corrigan's biggest cheerleader. To this day, say something negative about Brent Corrigan and he'll scratch your eyes out... if given the chance.

Corrigan is a no talent, washed up, loose-assed little drama twink who is desperate to be taken seriously when really he's too loose to even be taken, without a dildo or two along side your cock.

He can't dance, as I have personally witnessed. He thinks standing in one spot and stepping back and forth with cleats on over and over while stripping is... well, dancing. He can't act, every word out of his mouth screams 'put it in my mouth' (or ass whichever isn't stuffed already).

Sadly he's got a lot of old pedo fans who would lick his dirty hole (as my former lover Yves Mignon would say) if given the chance which he translates as him being "established". He's as deep as a puddle in the Sahara and has this strange sense of entitlement, like DeWayne does in misusing elements of the Kruezer identity, a theft of my intellectual property for which I am sure DeWayne will have several reasons to regret in the near future.

Corrigan wrote a blog a while back, throwing a huge tantrum because he couldn't attend one of the pron festivals in Las Vegas. Then he spent what must have been weeks writing up four paragraphs about the industry not taking gay videos (and himself) more seriously.

Apparently this flake thought that bending over bareback on camera was going to get him somewhere.

Someone should have told him the Kruezer view, in Hollywood if you want to get anywhere, you bend over for bareback, OFF CAMERA. Just ask Ashton Kutcher, Sean William Scott, Keanu Reeves... the list goes on.

As many of my readers know, DeWayne in SD has been trying to raise himself up by putting others - especially me - down. No one ever heard of DeWayne until recently and now he's committed the one unforgiveable, unforgettable and very illegal gaffe that we are sure will expose him as the copyright violating, lying, mentally unstable attention seeker trying to ride on our coattails he truly is.

I refer to the very solemn and legally binding statement he made yesterday claiming to be the "authorized contact" person for Sean Lockhart's website in connection with some ridiculous trouble he tried to make for us, obviously egged on by that hateful old queen KEVIN CLARKE who has reached the point where if it rains near his tawdry apartment in NYC, it must be my fault.

Unfortunately for DeWayne, he overreached himself in his zealous persecution and harassment of the one person he has told friends he is determined to bring down to make himself a "name" where all others have failed: Damon Kruezer.

He overreached himself by falsely stating he was Lockhart's contact person - without any statement from Lockhart to confirm this, and in complete contradiction to what DeWayne says on his own blog's "Editorial Disclaimer" section, which is now the basis of the official complaint we filed this morning with the two relevant authorities regarding his blogsite.

Based on the responses that just came in, it might be a good idea to enjoy DeWayne's rantings and his ripoffs from our sites while you can.

See the newly posted screencap from DeWayne's blog in which he quite openly admits he doesn't speak for or represent Sean Lockhart or his website in any way, and that all opinions are his own.

So that makes his signed statement under penalties of perjury stating that he is Lockhart's "authorized contact" for his website an absolute bald faced lie - and an easily proveable case of perjury.

Now DeWayne stands discredited by his own contradictory words - a liar and a hypocrite of the first order.

We are advising everyone asking about him to just take a look at the copies of his signed perjurious statement from yesterday and compare it with his own stated editorial disclaimer.

It's much too late for any rationalizations or half-assed explanations, Mr. Helms. You've hoist yourself on your own petard as Gilbert & Sullivan so accurately put it.

Now, DeWayne has tragically squandered his chance of being taken seriously, and word is the jet setting man is totally disgusted with him and regrets the access given him.

You have no right to use anything with my brand identity name and no authorization to use any graphics designed and used by me on the only legitimate Kruezer site. With proper spelling not your oh-so-clever improper spelling in the body of the blog.

Even more seriously, you also make accusations of criminal conduct against me by name DeWayne, and that is where you have clearly broken the law. You have no legal standing to make any such accusations and you have no basis to back it up because I have never been convicted of any crime. Hearsay, rumor and speculation by those with axes to grind and anti-competitive agendas have no legal standing.

The boy is so distracted and self-absorbed I guess he missed it but now he's found out the truth. Finally. He should have asked me don't you think?

I feel very sorry for Jet Set Men's Jesse Santana who was so abused and mistreated this week to the shame of Derek and Romaine. Why exactly are Derek and Romaine on the air anyway? What real "news or entertainment value" do they have? Their shtick is really tired and offers nothing of value. The fact that I've never met the man, never talked or emailed or IM'd or texted with him, or had any kind of business or personal interaction doesn't matter. In DeWayne's world, all that matters is the self-righteous certainty of him being right,legitimate, and completely believable - all because well, he's DeWayne!

Talk about a diva in the making...who's now sunk so low as to create a phony blog using old Kruezer at Night graphics and ancient, irrelevant quotes that is simply a total waste of bandwidth.

Actually it's a classic case of gay jealousy. I got the exclusive interview with CHRIS STEELE of JET SET MEN, and DeWayne didn't. First he claimed the interview was made up, then when Chris confirmed it's validity, what else could DeWayne do to make his backers happy - you know, the ones PAYING DeWayne to suddenly go on the attack for no apparent reason.

What recently "retired" performer/director/studio owner did not retire but was pushed out the door because of a drug addiction issue?

What started out as a opiate painkillers for a bad back, quickly declined into past behavior involving needles into the arm. His business "partners" chose to quietly pay him off and make him go away, instead of doing an intervention and getting him into rehab. They then played it up as a "retirement" and brought in another defected director to try and fill his "monster" shoes!

If this is how "partners" in the company are treated, I would be very, very nervous if I were one of the remaining partners in the company!

Unstable Player DeWayne in SD shamelessly plagiarizes Damon Kruezer about Cockyboys...while failing to credit DK as his source

Many of my readers are expressing their displeasure with DeWayne of SD's blatant ripoff of my pioneering coverage of COCKYBOYS.COM and his highly unusual sudden focus on Cockyboy MJ Taylor.

After reading what many of you sent me, taken from DeWayne's blog, it's obvious his ambition is to go beyond being High Priest at the Church of Brent Corrigan and notorious DK basher. The fact the man has never interacted with me or communicated directly with me in any way hasn't stopped him from the most odious kind of defamation and slander, blindly repeating what he's fed by others and permanently besmirching his attempts to be taken seriously.

Now DeWayne's latest yellow journalism is his shameless plagiarism (almost word for word) of my recent Cockyboys coverage. I'm NOT happy about DeWayne so OBVIOUSLY copycatting me about MJ TAYLOR and Cockyboys, basically repeating what I've already said.

Constant readers, do you really think it's just a coincidence he's focusing on MJ TAYLOR suddenly when he hasn't said a word about him until now? It couldn't have ANYTHING to do with my EXCLUSIVE interview with MJ TAYLOR announced last night, could it?

I was very pleased to receive a most gracious note from Chris Steele this morning telling me about the positive feedback he's receiving as a result of our exclusive interview. I've informed Chris how much of a pleasure it is to help and support the NEW Jet Set Men under his co-leadership, and how much I enjoyed talking with him for over an hour.

The number of emails and calls expressing positive reactions to our interview is keeping Marc and Matt VERY busy answering them all!

Gay media hypocrites love personality politics - but rip Gay Community Apart

Many of you have seen how the Gay Media hypocrites love personality politics even to the extent of ripping the larger gay community apart. The fact they openly discriminate against other gay men while being the first ones to bitch and moan if THEY are unfairly treated is hypocrisy of the first order.

In this post, I'll take a look at several current examples of this, and why no one can trust the Mark Adams-Jason Curious duo for anything resembling unbiased, objective or complete reporting.

I'll also comment on the internecine war now going on amongst the bloggers covering the Kocis-Cuadra-Kerekes case. Their threats or actualities of "exposing" one another to their own self-constituted "truth squad" represents the very nadir of gay media irresponsibility and hypocrisy as they start tearing each other apart after failing to make a dent with me and my team.

Let's face it men - if the best Justin and his cheerleader Mark Adams can do is to point out the past differences between myself and industry VIPs in hopes of fomenting discord after our wonderful reconciliation, isn't it obvious they really have run out of anything relevant to say?
As if people who disagreed in the past don't have the right to reconcile and come together?
And who is Justin defending against these days anyway? Angel is doing just fine and has nothing good to say about Justin, so why doesn't Justin just fold his tent and slink quietly away so he can focus on his Rhode Island based clothes modeling career?

Such as it is. Think Sears newspaper inserts. In the deep background. A totally appropriate place for Justin.

First...Why is the Dexx Jones-Kevin Clarke smear machine obsessed with re-creating the social dynamics of high school, pitting the self-appointed and incredibly self-entitled "truth squad" against the legions of Kruezer fans? After months if not years of effort, have they managed to PROVE even ONE of their many allegations? NO. NOT ONE. All they can do is endlessly repeat baseless and unwarranted allegations born out of their frustration, jealousy and resentment at my seeing through to the darkness at the center of their hearts...coupled with my ever increasing success and rising stature in the gay media community.

Leave Jones and Clarke to feed on each other's insecurities, I say. Just don't let Jones try to drive you anywhere Kevin. He's a notoriously bad driver with a horrendous record which is how we found out so much about the REAL Dexx Jones, the man behind the mask...which we'll save for another time. It's priceless material as documented from the registry of motor vehicles in 2 states. Worthy of a documentary of its own, combined with Jones' ill advised real estate faux pas we have also documented. All in good time.

Although one of Clarke's ticklish models has recently been kind enough to open up and tell us some things. Things worthy of a separate post.

Regarding Mark Adams and Jason Curious (and sometimes JC Adams) so often quoting from each other, covering the same story, and using each other as sources...well how much of a circle jerk can you take? The fact that is yellow journalism by definition is made worse by the fact that BOTH Adamses and Curious steadfastly refuse to mention the Kruezer name even in reference to solid interviews like those with Todd Montgomery or Chris Steele, or even in regard to stories that I break such as what's really going on with Sebastian Young or what Michael Lucas filmed this week.

Now I ask you, in all fairness: If "hard news" is "hard news" as JC Adams likes to say, why isn't my name ever mentioned by the Adamses or Curious despite my landing far more high profile interviews with newsworthy comments and despite my opinion leading coverage (Cockyboys and Brodie Sinclair anyone?) they're happy to copycat...but not willing to admit they're so obviously following my lead?

If the reason is that by mentioning Damon Kruezer they'll give me "legitimacy" or "credibility" as Mark Adams is so terrified of doing, one must ask...who appointed THEM the sole arbiters of who is "legitimate" or not?

Above all, one must point out they've missed the boat a long time ago. If the heads of TWO major studios give Damon Kruezer exclusive interviews and regularly send him screeners for review, they obvously consider DK "legitimate" and an opinion leader whose attention they seek. The issue of "legitimacy" has thus been conclusively settled as Mark Adams pouts in his impotent jealousy and rage. His approval or disapproval no longer matters. Mark Adams' opinion is now irrelevant in the larger scheme of things. Do you think he fully realizes it and hates Damon even more as a result?

Remember, it was Mark Adams who asked me years ago "WHAT DO YOU WANT DAMON?" As if I needed to explain that...before BILLY MASTERS pulled him away and literally out the door in one of the most transparent examples of fear and jealousy I have ever seen. Any respect I once had for Masters went out the door along with the suddenly submissive Mark Adams, who was revealed in that defining moment as merely a tool of others.

It just doesn't matter what the Adams-Jones-Clarke trio think or say anymore, but I hope they continue their efforts for the publicity value. You know what they say constant readers: "Keep talking trash, you're making me famous!" It's SO true!

Finally, the war of the bloggers tearing each other's throats out and threatening to "expose" each other is just too hilarious not to comment about. The only thing MORE hilarious is the spectacle of Chinchilla Jim taking the "high road" in claiming he's NOT interested in exposing anyone...after spending many impotent and proof-free weeks trying to slander and defame Damon Kruezer for reasons he never explained on a blog that's supposed to be about a serious criminal case and hard evidence...not a bunch of Heather-ish queens ranting about Damon before they turned on each other.

PC is still censoring and still not admitting to having an inside source or two, while refusing to account for the sudden disappearance of KM in an enduring mystery that seriously detracts from his credibility as much as refusing to allow the use of the reporter's name who last interviewed Cuadra and Kerekes does. His attempts to "weight" his blog and take away from others are well documented even as he is heavily involved in vicious internecine warfare with other bloggers. Hidden agenda, anyone?

BB for Truth is now mostly out of it, while El Mysterio reaps the bitter harvest of the acrimonious seeds he sowed.

Budd Foxx is trying for a comeback, but really...to what purpose? He shot his wad to no effect. He lost his archives and his entire blog in a truly Karmic moment. The man needs to find another crusade to go on. Maybe Dexx Jones - the professional victim who loves to crusade against others by using people like Kevin Clarke as his proxies - can help, to satiate his impotent rage and frustration at failing so miserably to become a major player while helplessly watching others' star ascend? Too fucking bad Dexx...TALENT, RELEVANCE and WRITING SKILL trump your whining any day. Or night.

In conclusion, my most sincere hope is that the Gay Media Community (GMC) can follow the path set by Todd Montgomery, Chris Steele and myself by setting aside old and irrelevant differences and charting a new course based on acceptance, tolerance and trust. It's all about setting a good example and being responsible for something much more important than ego or grudges or attention getting...and that is helping the Larger Gay Community (LGC) off the web and outside the Blogosphere...the tens of thousands of people directly affected by what we do and say...to learn, heal and transcend our petty individual issues and join together as a community whose needs, civil rights, and legitimacy cannot be denied.

That is my own and my team's guiding moral imperative.

Robert Wagner: Key to the Kocis-Cuadra-Kerekes Case

Robert Wagner aka "Aaron Phelps": He is the key to the case in the Kruezer view, based on what Harlow Cuadra allegedly conveyed to my associate shortly prior to 5/15/07.

Joseph Kerekes and Harlow Cuadra will stand trial for the murder of Brian Kocis beginning on September 2nd, Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. ruled at a hearing Tuesday.

Also Tuesday, Kerekes' attorneys said he will abandon a "Plan A" alibi defense that stated he was out of the state the night Kocis was killed. KRUEZER AT NIGHT predicts conviction for Kerekes on 2 of the major charges resulting in a life sentence without parole, and a Cuadra conviction for accessory after the fact carrying a sentence of 15 years with parole.

One of our reporters will attend the trial and provide regular reports, summaries and analysis to our readers around the world. We expect that Brent Corrigan and his former b.f. Grant Roy will be called upon to testify in person as the Blacks Beach tapes are brought into evidence, but the case may ultimately turn on what Robert Wagner aka Aaron Phelps, who was Bryan Kocis' aide de camp and SM partner, may testify to or admit to under what we expect will be withering cross examination by the defense.

We also expect former Boy Batter model/escort Justin Hainsley (who is currently deployed in Iraq) to give a further deposition on the prosecution's request.

Bryan Kocis was a friend of mine who was most generous, respectful and helpful. I cannot speak to other people's claims or allegations concerning him or his prior legal issues except to say that I asked Bryan to check me out thoroughly before we interacted and he was satisfied that he had nothing to worry about in any way, given my 100% clear record - a fact the haters have yet to disprove.

I want to see justice done in this case.

Yes, Damon's fans are welcome here, but so are the critics and detractors. Unlike the chinchilla man or PC we won't censor or delete anything unless it clearly violates TOS or applicable law.

We all know what happened to that blatantly illegal mess by a fox that's not a bud. Rumor has it that code somehow inserted was activated, and that a certain well known friend of ours provided the pressure points that led to its oblivion.

Whatever. What we predicted would happen, has happened. Point is, fans and haters alike, you now have a place to post without any censorship. Chinchilla jim and PC, to their great discredit, won't permit any postings not strictly negative, hateful and one sided. Well, we won't do that here. Just keep it legal and in compliance with TOS, and make sure you can back it up if you state an opinion or a speculation as a fact.

All those who may wish to say things about Chinchilla Jim and PC, Jonesy, or my rivals in the biz who trash me under other names but regularly copycat me...here's the place to comment.
