What's at stake in the DAMON KRUEZER vs. ANGEL SKYE case

Just wondering why NO ONE is talking about or reviewing Angel Skye's new movie - his ONLY major name one - FLATIRON FUCKERS. Isn't it interesting how everyone has just run away from it?

Back to the case. None of the charges made or that will be made are proveable because:

1) they never happened,

2) don't apply in the jurisdiction claimed, or are defined so broadly that virtually anyone with a website making comments or criticism could be considered a "harasser" and anyone demanding debts to be repaid could be labeled an "extortionist"

3) The witnesses involved are not credible.

4) The "names" involved in this ALL have unclean hands because ALL did business/sought publicity with me and from me in the recent past.

MOST OF ALL...If my site and I don't matter, then why are CERTAIN "power players" so eager to get rid of me?

Their most appropriate response wouild simply be to ignore me and to ignore Angel Skye's complaints don't you think?

To those of you who say they are minor players, Angel Skye and Brad Star ARE minor players whose main claim to fame is my PR for them and now this.

Interesing how their much-ballyhooed movie FLATIRON FUCKERS is not mentioned or reviewed ANYWHERE isn't it?

Possibly people are seeing that if Skye owes $17,000 to my very special friend, he MIGHT owe me the $4000 I claim he does...which would make him a publicity seeking liar trying to avoid paying his debts would it not?

All of this has revealed the seamy, sordid underbelly of the gay video industry...and I'm very glad Angel is actually making this a Federal case so web publisher's rights will once and for all be enshrined in law.

These include:

- Critical comments and speculation on a website are NOT stalking or intimidation.
- Demanding payment due for a legitimate debt, or showing that a debt is owed to an associate, is NOT extortion.

Just so you all will know, I MIGHT have been prepared to forgive Angel and forget all this.

But I can't do that since he is claiming to the FBI that I contacted a relative of his - a minor- to spill the beans on him.

Now I ask you, how pathetic is that, that he has to lie and make up a story about something that never happened?

Even my enemies are horrified he would use such "evidence" to bolster his case - since without that he has NO CASE.

So what's involved here is the very basic First Amendment principle of website reporter's and blogger's rights - and the fact that some C list model like Angel Skye is NOT entitled to tell me or anyone else whether I can or should write about him, or not.

Now do you understand?
