DeWayne in SD may have placed himself in an undesirable position with respect to the prosecution of Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, an undesirable position with no lube. As fellow blogger BB states, DeWayne is an unstable player with a history of lunatic antics, notably a series of "crusades" in which it's later been revealed that DeWayne is off his meds or is simply acting as a paid mouthpiece for a hidden agenda. Either way, DeWayne simply isn't credible and should leave the scene to make amends for his blatant violations of Blogger Terms of Service and the Federal Trademark Dilution Act, among other outrageous misbehaviors. His enabler Albert we hold equally to blame, having suspended his critical judgment and giving his boyfriend slavish and blind loyalty that's tragically misplaced.
Specifically, it's all about that little petition Dewayne in SD "mounted" on his blog to get the FBI to inspect Cobra Video's 2257 Records, so that Dewayne in SD may just be forcing prosecutors in Luzerne County to admit that they know Cobra Video's 2257 Records were not destroyed (or, at the very least, that prosecutors made no attempt to determine if in fact Cobra Video's 2257 Records were actually destroyed).
It is a given that the charges that Cuadra and Kerekes stole and destroyed Bryan Kocis' business records are based solely on prosecutors' "interpretation" of what Harlow Cuadra said on the Blacks Beach Tapes.
No one in Luzerne County appears to be claiming that they did an investigation and found that Bryan Kocis' business records were missing.
So, Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes are being charged with stealing and destroying Bryan Kocis' business records.
However, Cobra Video is still in business.
What's up with that?

Looks like DeWayne may have bit off more than he can chew.
Interesting how he's progressed from blogger newbie and Corrigan fan to a major hater and rival.
One thing's for sure: He's not doing it on his own. Someone is behind him, pushing him, using him.
But I wouldn't worry Damon, you've dealt with his kind of wannabe before and left them in the dust.
If I were you I'd focus on this crazy ass woman acting so entitled and empowered as a material witness.
I think you should teach her and show everyone a witness she may be in one case, but she's committing perjury and filing false reports about you according to other blogs...so you need to respond and respond strongly thru proper channels to make her show her cards or fold.
Take my advice Damon, there's a lot of us who are favorable to you and your rebellious and opinion leading ways.

As far as false reports and fabricated claims are concerned...how weird is it for this person to be actively propagandizing against only one person she admits she's had prior contact with last year, in the days before a legal procedure THIS year?
Why it's enough to make a person think there's a HIDDEN AGENDA at work isn't it?
Note that it was SHE who started this trumped up drama and not anyone else.
Many of you tell us that you think the appropriate legal authorities should be notified about her activities since as yet all we have seen are wild claims without a scintilla of proof.
Naturally my dear readers, we must keep in mind she is trying to provoke and anger in hopes SOMEONE will be so foolish as to make an actual illegal statement.
One she can prove...not merely "claim" she heard on a nonexistent phone conversation or read in a fabricated email that just won't stand up to scrutiny.
Or could it be that SOMEONE wants to go to court and achieve a goal no one in the blogosphere seems to have thought of?
Ah well...time will tell.
But I don't think the hoped for illegal reaction to provocation is going to happen.
