No Excuse for Mark Wilson, Great Atlantic Media, or DeWayne in SD

They just broke every rule in the book in their rabid, hateful anti-competitive pursuit.
To DeWayne in SD's shame, he's actually bragging about it.

They let the ends justify the means - and that's never right. That's why this isn't about Damon Kruezer, who likes whom or who believes what DJ and KC say. It's about the most basic tenets of online behavior...and the law. If those claiming to represent the "truth" lie, deceive and misrepresent to achieve their goal, then what claim do they have to be "truth squadders" at all?

To focus on this issue, I quote from a very well written blog concerned with more guilty pleasures, whose author understands the issues and makes an excellent point:

A company that hosts private and professional websites and offers a number of web related services to a base of community entrepreneurs and various business organizations.When any host-master accepts the responsibility of hosting your website - They also accept a certain level of expectancy by the website owner themselves that they will act in good faith and with moral fortitude in the managing of their business and also within their professional relationship itself.

Allowing Yves Mignon to publicly state that Geoff Harvard is personally responsible for Damon Kruezer's website still being online - suggesting that a personal relationship exists between the two based upon the unethical release and sharing of privileged information to others - is a disgrace and disservice to ALL web hosting companies on the web. It indicates that Mark Wilson has indeed shared private communications between multiple parties without their consent - to those people who "are out there" as Yves so dismissively likes to put it.It gives everyone who's livelihood on the web depends upon a good reputation of trust and ethical business practices a blackened eye and it soils not only Mark Wilson's reputation as an honest and reputable businessman - but it plants the seed of dishonesty in those of us who look toward these service providers for honest, ethical and fair business practices and relationships - that all are not ethical and trustworthy, so be aware - be very, very aware.

Of course if what Yves Mignon is currently claiming on Mark Wilson's website is indeed true - and now with DeWayne publicly confirming it talking about "The List" then that in itself speaks directly to the heart and very core of Mark Wilson's personal character, business ethics and business integrity..."

"If this is the manner in which Mark Wilson values and protects other peoples confidential and personal information - one can only shudder to think what he might do when it comes time for you to whip out one of your personal credit cards to pay for premium services at one of his websites. When you look at the behaviors of some of these so called truth squadders - their behaviors and ethics are no less loathsome and offensive than the one they claim as their very own adversary. CHALLENGE MADE and Information Sought re: MATTHEW CONASTER and "Travis" of Atlanta, GA

Mr. Conaster is the associate webmaster of new social networking site J.O.H.M. whose abrupt "spring break trip" was just announced, his replacement as day to day showrunner being the previously completely unmentioned and unknown "Travis". In a cynical attempt to pump up ratings for his fast-declining site, Conaster and now "Travis" hit upon the idea of trashing, defaming, and making false claims about Damon Kruezer -- even though I've never met these men or had any dealings with them other than as a poster on the site's forums...in which I noticed their own stated Terms of Use are routinely ignored and contravened by the heavy handed rush to only one viewpoint which they appear to be pushing in an effort to increase traffic and the all-important 15 cents a click for their advertisers.

Partners in this despicable effort have been retired gay video star Kameron Scott and Las Vegas escort/video model MJ Taylor whom I allege are being paid by Conaster/Travis to spew their venom on his increasingly discredited site. Scott's increasingly erratic behavior is a source of great concern to his friends, as many of them are telling me.

I seek information concerning Mr. Conaster's and Travis' background, education, friends, and business history for purposes of legal action I am contemplating bringing against him, Kameron Scott and MJ Taylor for illegal anti-competitive activities and for misrepresenting allegations of illegal behavior as fact.

I have made a direct personal challenge to this "Travis" to debate publicly with me in regard to his misrepresentations of the facts. All information received will be held in confidence and sources will remain confidential. Thank you.

Never have we seen such malignant hatred from people who have no basis to say anything about us owing to their complete lack of both actual interaction and real knowledge. And never have we experienced such loyal and strong support from certain quarters. As DAVID FOREST once told me, "there's no jealousy like gay jealousy" - especially from those not nominated, who somehow feel entitled to dictate to others whom they should nominate, do business with, or even mention. Such hubristic arrogance, judgmentalism and anti-competitive discrimination are a sad commentary on the state of the gay media community and its infrastructure in November 2008. It's also a sign of just how far we have yet to go before certain obsessed individuals so eager to shift the blame for their failures in life have their awakening to the better angels of their nature to help them cope with the rise of DAMON.

Cybersocket Web Award Nomination for Kruezer at Night

The five of us that make up Kruezer at Night are gratified by Cybersocket's decision to nominate us for their web award for Best Blog.

Many of our MySpace, Facebook and Twitter friends are overjoyed and contributing their votes. We're in great company considering the other nominees.

However, there are a few jealous malcontents who have arrogantly presumed to dictate to Cybersocket whom they should nominate. They've even gone so far as to threaten withholding of ad revenue, even from sites that don't yet exist, as if these egotists have any real clout or influence.

We commend Cybersocket for standing firm in the face of this anti-competitive cabal, and I thank my many industry friends like Kameron Scott, Aaron Tyler, MJ Taylor, Kyle Majors at Cockyboys, Chris Steele at Jet Set Men, Todd Montgomery and of course Paul Barresi, for subscribing to the principles of the First Amendment and the concept of letting the fans - not 2 jealous rivals or their stooges - decide who gets the nominations and awards.

As always in our ten years online, Kruezer at Night will strive to present the unfiltered news, reviews and interviews that comprise the unique content and style Cybersocket has decided is worthy of nomination. Let the fans decide and not a few power hungry, jealous rivals who try to build themselves up by putting others down with inflammatory rhetoric unbacked by anything proveable or documented.

DK: Welcome Arpad to DK'S THIRD DEGREE. I am honored to speak with you today and to have you as our very special guest. I must say on a personal note, I've admired your work since you first were introduced to the gay video arena.

ARPAD: Thanks so much.

DK: As I explained, DK's THIRD DEGREE is comprised of ten questions and ten questions only.

ARPAD: I'm all yours.

DK: Way cool, let me catch my breath. You've just made me the envy of Arpad Mikos fans everywhere. Not to mention, I think my ratings just went through the roof.

ARPAD: Happy to talk with you.

DK: OK, let's get started then. We just saw your sizzling, spectacular performance in MUSCLE BEAR TRAP, directed by PAUL BARRESI. How was it working for the famed director?

ARPAD: Thank you! Well, it was a great experience. Paul has a great sense of humor. He's professional and fast. He knows what he wants and he really knows what he is doing.

DK: Was your jail cell sex with DAK RAMSEY as hot as it looked?

ARPAD: Oh, yes. Since we both were into each other very much, we didn't have to act.

DK: You're a pretty good actor too. How do you like movies that are story driven with acting, as compared to movies without plot, just sex?

ARPAD: I really like both, however, making story-led movies of course takes more effort.

DK: We hear your favorite TV show is SEX AND THE CITY. Why so?

DK: Do you have any plans in the future to start making your own movies?

DK: As a chemist, perhaps the controversial issue of indiscriminately providing VIAGRA to models on video sets might be best suited to ask you about. There are only a handful of directors in the adult entertainment industry, Mr. Barresi included, who refuse to provide VIAGRA or similar drugs to their models. Do you think VIAGRA and other doctor-prescribed erectile dysfunction drugs are doled out too freely on gay video sets?

ARPAD: Hmmm, now I understand what you mean by "D.K's Third Degree". I'll keep it simple. VIAGRA is in big demand, but it's not Vitamin C, so, it truly can have undesired side effects.

DK: Thank you for that direct and honest answer. You certainly give people who don't really need the drug something to think about. And for those who do, they'd be doing themselves a favor, to get it from a doctor. Last question. Would you work for Mr. Barresi again if he called on you?

ARPAD: In a heartbeat.
